Multiply your GPA by 25. Percentage = GPA × 25. Example: 3.6 GPA × 25 = 90%. This formula applies to Science, Management, and Humanities streams.
A grade in NEB Class 12 = 80%–89% (Grade Point 3.6). A+ grade = 90%–100% (Grade Point 4.0). These are the two highest grades in the NEB grading system.
You must score minimum D+ grade (35%, Grade Point 1.6) in each individual subject. Getting NG (below 20%) or below 35% in theory for practical subjects means you need the Grade Improvement Exam. There is no single overall minimum GPA — each subject must be passed individually.
For subjects with practicals: Subject GPA = (Theory GP × 4.69 + Practical GP × 1.56) ÷ 6.25. For subjects without practicals, the GPA equals the direct grade point. Your overall aggregate is the weighted average of all subjects by credit hours.

Yes. B+ grade (3.2 GPA = 80%) is a very good score. You qualify for Science bachelor's programs at most government colleges and many private colleges. Some competitive programs or scholarship slots may prefer A grade (3.6+).
Both use the same grading scale (A+ = 4.0 to NG). Your final +2 aggregate GPA = (Class 11 GPA + Class 12 GPA) ÷ 2. Most colleges and universities use this average for admission, not just Class 12 GPA alone.
